breakfast
Here
at Westerton bed and breakfast in Callander (B&B) we believe that a relaxed, friendly
atmosphere is essential to a successful holiday and this is what we try to provide.
Escape to the elegant comfort of this lovingly restored Scottish Victorian home in
Callander, gateway to The Loch Lomond and Trossachs National Park.
The bed and breakfast accommodation is in the Blue, Green and Gold rooms which are original large Victorian rooms which retain the classic cornices. These stylish en-suite rooms with super king sized beds offer the perfect haven to relax and unwind with immediate access to wonderful walking, cycling and touring opportunities within Scotlands first National Park. Bedrooms have views to Ben Gullipen, Ben Ledi, Callander Crags and the river Leny, depending on the room.
Our guest rooms are on the first floor and enjoy clear views of the countryside around Callander. B&B in the Trossachs will give you the opportunity to explore this fabulous area at your leisure.
For the comfort of our guests this is a 'non-smoking' establishment throughout. We regret we cannot accommodate children or pets.
Mike spricht auch Deutsch & Lesley parle aussi un petit peu francais.
Our B&B guests have the use of the large, south facing patio and the garden which
slopes gently down toward the river bank. Take a stroll through the garden or simply relax on the terrace and appreciate the birdsong.
We have our own private off road car park and also, for cyclists, lock-up space for cycles
and motor cycles.
Local walks, Cycleways and Callander Meadows riverside walks are within 2 or 3 minutes
of Westerton. Ben Ledi, Ben Gullipen and Ben A'an are all readily accessible for those
wishing to tackle a local 'Ben'. Callander here in the Loch Lomond and Trossachs National
Park offers an excellent range of activities to keep you
occupied and entertained during your stay.
We love living here. The diversity of flora and fauna, things to do and the
unhurried relaxed atmosphere of the place make it the perfect antidote to the stresses and
strains of everyday life.
Callander is a wonderful base from which to explore the Loch Lomond and Trossachs national park. A selection of drives can be seen on our scenic drives page
